Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order.

Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking  information.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:  

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders shipping within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.    

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer $12 flat rate  shipping to Australia. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at kris@believeaesthetics.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
